Maryann Kerr

CEO

Maryann has worked and volunteered in the social impact sector for three decades and helped raise over $110M for small to mid-sized organizations.  She has led at the local, provincial, national and international level. 

Ambar Syed

Director of Philanthropy

Ambar brings over 7 years of experience in fund development, grants, and foundation and corporate partnerships to Peel CAF, with experience ranging from grassroots organizations to international development. She is passionate about connecting people with amazing causes and empowering them to become agents of change for their communities.

Ursula Ladner

Manager, Operations

Ursula started with Peel CAF in 2015. She has over 10 years worth of event planning experience. Her expertise in events and administrative work are a great asset to the team. She is an advocate for supporting vulnerable children and youth.

Christopher Kannampuzha

Manager, Philanthropy & Communications

Chris started with Peel CAF in 2024. He manages third-party events, elements of fundraising, and marketing & communications. Chris comes from a background of marketing, sales, and technology.

Nada Ali

Community Care Centre Coordinator

Nada started with Peel CAF in 2022. She has 10 years’ experience in retail and customer service. Nada’s role as Community Care Centre Coordinator oversees daily operations that provides brand new clothing, toiletries, baby supplies, grocery gift cards and other needed supplies all year round for children, youth, and families involved with Peel CAS.

Farzana Nazim

Development Coordinator (Parental Leave)

Farzana started with Peel CAF in 2019. Farzana graduated from Toronto Metropolitan University where she obtained her Bachelors of Commerce degree and has extensive experience in administration, finance and event coordination.
